Datadigital-SVR Series static voltage stabilizer are the automatic voltage regulating machines which does not include moving part inside it. Static Voltage Stabilizers regulate voltage value in milliseconds with microprocessor controlled digital technology. There are no moving parts inside the device that will worn and require maintenance in time. However, in classic servo motor voltage regulators, there are moving and mechanical friction parts such as motor collectors, variable transformer brushes and brush bearings. These moving parts wear over time and the accumulation of dust in between the parts can cause fault in a short time. In addition, when the machine work continuously under load, transformer surface may become heat and wear and even voltage interruptions occur. In other words, the static stabilizers provide a long term use since the regulation is done electronically. Servo regulator burning moment.

High Reliability...
Datadigital-SVR, Static Voltage Regulators are fully microprocessor, thyristor controlled and works with digital technology. When there are abnormal conditions like over voltage, low voltage, overcurrent, over-heat and output short-circuit, stabilizer protects itself and its load. RFI and EMI filters are available as standard.

No Distortions ...
Datadigital-SVR, Static Voltage regulators perform voltage regulation with static elements (thyristor) in the ZERO TRANSFER logic with STEP_UP / DOWN method. Current transfer is zero-pass. Therefore, it does not contain harmonics.

 

Protection Function

Over-Low voltage protection ;

It helps to limit the highest and lowest voltage values for the loads connected to the device. The user can control these values and cut-off time of the voltage that goes to the loads by using the front panel in case of exceeding the values

 

Overcurrent - Output short-circuit protection ;

If the nominal currents to be drawn by the power of the device are above the setted current tolerance values and the current and time graphs are exceeded the protection is activated. protection is provided by questioning the difference of the rate of rise of the current in the table values.

SAG-SURGE Protection ;

It is an 'effective protection circuit' which protects the receivers against sudden collapse, rise and thousands of volts spikes in microseconds. “Effective protection circuit” generally operates in the form of both symmetrical and asymmetric voltage branches. Effective protection circuit; The three-stage protection circuit consisting of fast-response suppressor diodes is supported by coarse protection with the varistors in the middle protection stage and the strong gas overvoltage conductors. Protection stages separated from each other by ohmic resistors. This allows the power to be optimally distributed in the protection circuit when the overvoltages are suppressed and the pulse currents need to be deflected.

Compact Switch (MCCB) Protection

The regulator is able to switch on / off from the panel. In cases such as over current, over voltage, low voltage and output short circuit, the device is electronically protected and the output is cut off.

'' Booster Transformer '' Application

It is applied for 500kVA and in all powers above 500kVA. In addition to the harmonic elimination feature, 20% of the load current is passed over the semiconductor and the cost is reduced and the reliability of the system is increased.

Thanks to the mimic diagram on the front panel, information about the operation status of the stabilizer can be obtained at first glance. With the LCD display which contains different language options, the input and output values (voltage, current, frequency) of the device can be read and calibrated. The lower-upper levels of the input voltage, the lower-upper levels of the regulated output voltage, the lower-upper levels of the output voltage protection, the extremely low-high voltage cut-off times, the negative-positive polarity settings for voltage calibration are the parameters presented to the user with the password control.
